Educational service

Bullish Bear provides technical-analysis education, deliberate practice and personal historical-study tools. It is not a broker, investment adviser, signal service or promise of future performance.

Your account

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Do not share access, attempt to bypass allowances or use automated methods to extract the historical-data library.

Historical data and results

Charts use certified historical datasets and concealed future windows, but data may contain provider corrections, omissions or market-specific limitations. Practice scores and Research Lab outputs describe historical exercises only.

Subscriptions

When live billing is activated, prices, billing intervals and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Paddle acts as merchant of record. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the account portal. The current paywall remains disabled until launch readiness is approved.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the service, probe protected systems or circumvent security controls.
• Do not redistribute purchased or licensed market data, application source, narrated course assets or substantial parts of the learning library.
• Do not present Bullish Bear educational results as personalised financial advice.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable. Material changes to subscriptions or these terms will be communicated before they take effect where required.
