Bullish Bear collects only the information needed to provide accounts, synchronised learning progress, controlled practice and subscriptions.

Bullish Bear is the controller for information stored by the Bullish Bear application. Auth0 provides identity services and Paddle provides subscription payment services as independent specialist providers.
Information we use
- Your Auth0 subject identifier, name, email address and email-verification status.
- Course progress, practice preferences, performance summaries, free-sample usage and Research Lab progress.
- Subscription status and Paddle customer or subscription identifiers. Bullish Bear does not store complete payment-card details.
- Security, operational and deployment logs needed to protect and maintain the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the service, synchronise progress across your devices, enforce access allowances, administer subscriptions, protect the platform and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell learner information.
Device storage and synchronisation
Bullish Bear uses browser storage for preferences, progress and session continuity. When you sign in, permitted Bullish Bear progress records can be copied to the application account store. If two devices contain conflicting progress, Bullish Bear preserves a local backup and asks you which copy to keep.
Providers and international processing
Identity information is processed through Auth0 and subscription information through Paddle. Those providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards and privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
Account information is kept while your Bullish Bear account is active and as required for security, billing, tax or legal records. Signed-in learners can download their application-held account data and delete their Bullish Bear learner record from the account page. An active subscription must be ended before learner-data deletion.
