Partner referral terms
These terms describe the initial Bullish Bear referral arrangement. Creating the technical foundation does not activate the programme; only an individually issued active code can qualify.

A new customer who uses a valid active partner code on their first annual Bullish Bear Premium purchase receives one additional month once Paddle confirms the transaction. The first renewal date moves to 13 months after purchase; later renewals remain on the normal annual cycle. The benefit is not cash, cannot be stacked or transferred, and does not apply to monthly plans, renewals, existing paid accounts, refunds or self-referrals.
Partner commission
The initial programme records a one-time commission equal to 5% of the annual product subtotal actually retained for a qualifying first purchase, after discounts and excluding tax. It does not pay a recurring commission on later renewals. Commission remains pending for 30 days and becomes payable only after the applicable refund and chargeback window. Approved credits, refunds or chargebacks reduce or reverse it; a reversal after payout is carried forward against later earnings.
Payouts and records
Positive payable balances are reviewed and recorded monthly in each transaction currency. Payment details are arranged privately and must not be submitted through a referral link, support message or public page. Partners are responsible for supplying accurate payment details when requested and for their own tax, reporting and regulatory obligations. Bullish Bear may withhold a disputed or legally restricted amount while it is investigated.
Required disclosure and fair promotion
A partner must clearly disclose the commercial relationship wherever the link or code is promoted—for example, “I may earn a commission if you join through this link.” Promotion must be honest, proportionate and suitable for its audience. Partners must not promise profits, describe Bullish Bear as financial advice, impersonate Bullish Bear, send spam, bid on Bullish Bear brand terms, publish the code on coupon or discount sites, use misleading urgency, or obscure the educational and historical nature of the platform.
Eligibility, suspension and closure
The programme is invitation-only. A code may be invited, active, suspended or closed. Suspended or closed codes cannot create new attribution, while valid commission and payout history is retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention, accounting and disputes. Bullish Bear may reject manipulated, duplicated, self-referred or otherwise ineligible transactions and may end participation on reasonable notice or immediately for abuse or unlawful promotion.
Privacy and support
Referral attribution, transaction identifiers, commission calculations, adjustments and payout references are stored as described in the Privacy notice. Partners do not receive a referred learner’s identity or private learning activity. Questions or disputes should be raised through private Support.
